Boon Leong Goh

Mr. Goh Boon Leong has been with Yoma Group Real Estate since June 2017, contributing significantly to the Group’s major projects. He has been the General Manager of the Yoma Central Project since 2021 and is a key member of the Management Team in StarCity and City Loft West, serving since 2020 and 2021, respectively.

Mr. Goh brings over 28 years of international experience, with more than 15 years spent in Myanmar.

He holds a Double Major in Accounting and Management from the Deakin University, Australia, earned in 1996. Mr. Goh was also an Associate Member of Australia Society of CPAs from 1996 until 2019. Prior to joining the Group, he held leadership positions as Country Heads in Myanmar and Nigeria within the insecticide and food industries.

Currently, she serves as the Corporate Finance Manager, contributing to the management of StarCity, one of Yoma Land’s prestigious residential developments in Yangon, Myanmar. Her key responsibilities include Treasury, Investment Analysis, and Financial Modeling.  

Kate holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Alcala and a Bachelor of Arts, Business and Finance from the Coventry University.

Daw Nang Hseng Sandar has been with Yoma Group since 2015, playing a pivotal role in Yoma Land’s Investment and Business Development section. Currently, she serves as the Corporate Finance Manager, contributing to the management of StarCity, one of Yoma Land’s prestigious residential developments in Yangon, Myanmar. She has a robust background in construction and engineering, with a decade of experience in mixed-use development and high-rise projects. Her extensive experience prior to joining Yoma Group equipped her with a deep understanding of project dynamics, stakeholder management, and the intricacies of successfully delivering large-scale projects.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Mandalay Technological University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Additionally, she has obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Geneva Business School.

Miki May Nyo Zaw

Daw May Nyo Zaw joined Yoma Group in January 2016 as Marketing Manager and has since risen through the ranks to become the Director of Marketing in 2021 and Director of Leasing in 2024. She plays a crucial role in leading marketing efforts for the entire real estate portfolio and has been instrumental in the rebranding of Pun Hlaing Estate and StarCity, establishing Yoma Land as the premier developer in Myanmar.

Miki’s prior experience includes 11 years in Singapore, specializing in Marketing, Advertising, and Branding across diverse industries, focusing on brand architecture, investor relations, and commercial communications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Business Innovation and Sustainability. In addition to leading the Marketing team, Miki also leads the Leasing team in all Real estate products of Yoma Land. The leasing team under Miki take cares of all Residential, Commercial and Land leases in all Estates. Her job scope includes coming up with Leasing strategy in line with the changing macro and micro economic and political environments and handling the day to day operation of the leasing team which includes Property Management services, Sales services and Repair and Maintenance services.

Than Htut Naing

Than Htut Naing joined Yoma Group in February 1997, initially contributing to various real estate projects including FMI City, Pun Hlaing Estate, StarCity, City Loft West and Padauk Garden. Over the years, he has held several key positions within the projects, culminating in his appointment as Project Director in May 2018, where he oversees Utilities & Infrastructure development works. Since December 2020, he has also been a member of the Management of Yoma Land.

Than Htut Naing holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Power) from Yangon Institute of Technology (1996) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire (2018). Additionally, he has been a Professional Engineer of Myanmar Engineering Council since 2014.
