Job Description
- Come up with Strategic Marketing and Advertising directions for Existing Products and new Products. (Digital, Online and Offline).
- Come up with content strategy and oversee all marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
- Analyze marketing campaign results and come up with new ideas to increase exposure.
- Manage and coordinate marketing & creative staff.
- Lead market research efforts and produce market reports.
- Define product positioning and Agency management.
- Ensure staff meet deadlines and ensure quality of work.
- Able to perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by Head of Department
Job Requirement
- 5 Years & above working experience in related field and minimum (2) years of experience in managerial.
- 360 Marketing Agency as Marketing Manager and Client Manager at least 5yrs.
- Any bachelor’s degree and Excellent understanding of Marketing concepts & Mar Com related Degree.
- Experienced in Launched Products in Myanmar before and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to think creatively within budget.
- Familiarity with latest marketing trends and technology.
- Experienced in website design and social media marketing.
- Team player with analytical and problem-solving skill
