Main responsibilities
- Dealing with prospective customer and moving around with the customer and showing the products
- Convince the customer to buy the product and negotiates the sales and close the sales properly
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing relevant information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profitable opportunities
- Trying to be proactive in selling properties by achieving of the marketing sales targets
- Dealing with the homeowner at the Land Grant Transactions
- Follow up on payment collection
- Handling customer enquiries and coordinating with other departments and entities for Homeowner’s requirements
- Supporting the Sales manager and other colleagues
- Achieving the sales targets and sales quotas
- Achieving the assigned personal daily sales calls, telephone calls and prospect research targets and quotas
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of customer service and genuine desire to serve the needs of others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic knowledge of Design tools and software
- Practical knowledge of principles, practices, and methodology for creating and executing PR and communications content across multiple channels and mediums including print, digital and social media
- Successful track record in executing communications and marketing strategy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously under tight deadlines
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of work experience in Sales & Marketing or Management
- Fluent in Burmese, English (Chinese is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Any Graduate, Sales or Real Estate Development
