Main responsibilities
- Receiving, verifying, and processing sales transactions
- Prepare Sales Agreement and Estate management Contracts
- Maintain and update sales and customers information
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Liaise with banking partners for payment and mortgage processes
- Support the team with other administrative tasks
Essential Skills and knowledge
- Strong understanding of property law, ownership rights and relevant taxation
- Detail orientation and focused nature
- Result orientated ad good team supporter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or business
- 2 years of work experience administrative role
- Fluent in Burmese, English (Chinese is a plus)
