Main responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of operation under the leasing department such as inventory counts, managing and maintaining residential properties, procurement, solving customer complaints regarding operational matters, undertaking office management and administration.
- Coming up with effective strategies to solve customer complaints
- Delegate operation tasks to team members
- Supervise coordination between inter-Department
- Monitor and maintain historical report of repairs and maintenance of all leasing inventory
- Provide performance-related coaching to team members
- Monitoring and overseeing team members
- Evaluating and reporting on operational metrics to senior management on a monthly basis for further improvement plans of the department.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- A bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or operations management may be advantageous
- English and Burmese (Working level)
- Proven 3-5 years’ work experience in the relevant department.
- Experience in running a team with operational background
- Good working knowledge of operational
- procedures and policies Other Skill:
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate understanding of utilizing Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
