Job Description
- To lead and manage the 24/7 operation & maintenance of Utility Operation Dept. for the smooth and quality services of water treatment & supply, power supply, waste water treatment & sewerage, telecommunications, irrigation & fire fighting and all related utility system.
- To lead and manage the Estate Maintenance Dept for all building services such as ELV, LV, ACMV, lift & escalators, security and civil works of the luxury landed house and mid & high rise buildings.
- To prepare and update the preventive maintenance plan, predictive maintenance plan and execute the maintenance of all utility and building maintenance works in a proactive manner.
- To prepare the maintenance package proposal and dealing with the clients.
- To prepare budget, cash flow projection and make sure the works are in line with the approved budget.
- To lead and train the staffs for a more technical skill, knowledge and customer-oriented manner leading to the result based management.
- To prepare master equipment list and make sure all the equipment are to be in operational stage at all time by conducting regular maintenance check and execution.
- To prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- To lead and manage the team’s operational requirement, manpower planning, material planning, tools & instrument requirement and provide necessary guidance.
- To analyze and review monthly and annually profit & lost account and make necessary actions.
- To plan HSE and arrange safety tool box and on job trainings as required.
- To manage and supervise necessary spare parts stock list, inventory control, and make sure the stock is ready for maintenance works.
- To manage and arrange effective and efficient operation and maintenance plus break down maintenance recovery.
- To carry out all tasks assigned by the superiors.
Job Requirement
- Education – Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Experience – Minimum 10 years’ experience in related field.
- Language Skill – Fluent in English
- Other Skill – office software, Auto CAD, Authority relation, dealing with internal & external customers
