Job Description
- Lead in problem solving and providing the technical support to team such as troubleshooting, repair, modification and additional aircon installation.
- Lead in repair and maintenance for ACMV equipment and control system check the works done of team members to ensure
- Effectively manage the team members and able to prioritize the work
- Cooperation and coordination with Leasing Department, Customer Service Department, Outsource contractor and supplier
- Prepare the Job Order and complete the require approval and documents
- Prepare Material Request and require hand tools list and lead in inspection request
- Lead in monthly hand tools inspection for aircon team
- Reporting to Manager and Assistant Manager in timely manner
- Providing the support, the material procurement if needed
- Assist in planning for preventive maintenance plan and spare parts list
Job Requirement
- Education – BE or B.Tech or AGTI in Mechanical
- Experience – At least 4~5 years experienced in related engineering field and documentation field
- Language Skill – Intermediate level in English
- Other Skill
- Microsoft Offices suite, Auto CAD, ACMV repair and maintenance training, M&E related training
- Ability to read and understand the engineering drawings and specifications,
- Understanding in terms and condition of quotations or proposals
- Ability to work proactively, teamwork, leading the ACMV team and problem solving
